THIS EGG-LESS BISCUIT IS SUPER EASY TO MAKE AND DOESN’T REQUIRES A TRIP TO GROCERY OR SUPER MARKET.THE EGG-LESS NO BAKE BISCUIT CAKE COMES HANDY WHEN YOU’RE CRAVING SOMETHING SWEET BUT DON’T FEEL LIKE PUTTING EFFORTS TO BAKE.EGGLESS NO BAKE BISCUIT CAKE TURNS OUT PERFECTLY EACH TIME WE TRY IT AND IS LOVED BY EVERYONE.

EGG-LESS NO BAKE BISCUIT CAKE

INGREDIENTS:-
1 BUTTER SOFTENED-100gms
2 CHOPPED CHOCOLATE-300gms
3 DIGESTIVE BISCUITS-120gms
4 ASSORTED CHOPPED NUTS(CASHEW,HAZELNUTS,PISTACHIOS)-110gms

method-
1.LINE THE BAKING TRAY WITH BUTTER AND PARCHMENT PAPER
2.MELT TOGETHER BUTTER AND CHOCOLATE IN A MICROWAVE OR IN A SAUCEPAN.
3.BREAK THE BISCUITS ROUGHLY AND ADD CHOPPED NUTS TO IT.
4.ADD THE BISCUITS AND NUTS MIXTURE TO CHOCOLATE MIXTURE AND STIR WELL.
5.POUR THE CAKE MIXTURE TO PREPARED TIN AND SPREAD EVENLY USING A SPATULA.
6.CHILL IN REFRIGERATOR FOR ABOUT AN HOUR.
7.CUT AND SERVE.
