This Pasta recipe is perfect for your busy weeknights when you haven’t had time to hit the store. Herbs Pasta is oh-so-simple and oh-so-perfect recipe which can be prepared in just a few minutes with just a few ingredients. Herbs usually used in Italian cuisine includes parsley, basil, thyme and chives. We here used Parsley, basil and a lot of fresh spinach ,you can definitely use any herbs readily available. Generally Herbs Pasta calls for Parmesan cheese but we have also added some mozzarella cheese to give it a gooey and creamy texture.

Following is the recipe for HERBS PASTA.


Boiled Pasta of your choice- 1 cup
Chopped Parsley- 1/4 cup
Chopped Basil- 1/4 cup
3 cloves of garlic
blanched and chopped spinach (optional)- 1/4 cup
Olive oil- 2 tablespoon
grated Mozzarella cheese(optional)- 1/4 cup
Pepper and salt for seasoning.
Parmesan cheese.

1. Heat Olive oil in a pan.
2. Throw in finely chopped garlic and cook it for a while
3. Add in the Herbs (parsley,basil,spinach and any other herbs of your choice.) And cook it just for 4-5 minutes.
4. Finally add in your boiled pasta and season with salt and pepper.
5. Grate some mozzarella and parmesan cheese on the top and serve hot.
