MANGO AND PISTACHIO CHIA SEEDS PUDDING

INGREDIENTS: –

Milk / Coconut Milk / Almond Milk- 1 cup
Chia Seeds- ¼ cup
Honey /Maple Syrup- 1 tbsp.
Chopped Mangoes- 1 cup
Chopped pistachio.

METHOD: –

1. Take one cup of Milk in a bowl and add Chia seeds into it. Mix it really well.
2. Add in Maple syrup / Honey and give it a vigorous mix. Cover it and refrigerate overnight or at least for an hour.
3. Now assemble the pudding in a glass. Layer the chia seeds mixture with chopped mangoes.
4. Top with chopped pistachios.
