RECIPE FOR CURD SANDWICH
Hung curd- 1 cup
White mayonnaise- 1/2 cup
Diced veggies (capsicum,carrot)- 1/4 cup
Corn kernels- 1/4 cup
Salt and pepper.
1. Mix all the ingredients together and spread the mixture on a bread, cover with another bread on the top.
2. Serve raw or grilled.
